31.03.2023 - 17.15 - Technische Hilfeleistung, Kleineinsatz, Unterstützung Rettungsdienst - Patiententransport mit Drehleiter, Derdinger Straße, Ortsteil Flehingen

Flehingen. Am Freitag, 31.03.23 wurde die Abteilung Flehingen um 17.15 Uhr von der Integrierten Leitstelle Karlsruhe zu einem Technischen Hilfeleistungseinsatz zur Unterstützung des Rettungsdienstes in die Derdinger Straße im Ortsteil Flehingen alarmiert. Der Rettungsdienst forderte die Feuerwehr zum Transport einer erkrankten Person nach.

Beim Eintreffen der Feuerwehr war die erkrankte Person bereits von der Notfallhilfe und vom Rettungsdienstpersonal versorgt. Die Feuerwehr bereitete derweil die technische Rettung vor. Da ein Transport der Person aus dem ersten Obergeschoss eines Wohnhauses durch bauliche Gegebenheiten mit einem engen Treppenhaus im Altbau nicht möglich war, entschied man sich zum Transport mit der Drehleiter über ein Fenster an der Straßenseite. Der Transport mittels Schleifkorbtrage via Drehleiter zum bereitstehenden Rettungswagen erfolgte anschließend rasch und problemlos, so dass die Person schnell wieder dem Rettungsdienstpersonal übergeben werden konnte. Der Patient wurde anschließend vom Rettungsdienst in ein Krankenhaus gebracht. Für die Dauer des Einsatzes musste die Derdinger Straße im Bereich der Einsatzstelle für den Straßenverkehr komplett gesperrt werden.

Im Einsatz waren 11 Feuerwehrangehörige mit der Drehleiter DLA (K) 23/12 und dem Hilfeleistungslöschgruppenfahrzeug HLF 16/20. Weitere Kräfte waren in Bereitstellung. Der Rettungsdienst des DRK-Kreisverbands Karlsruhe war mit zwei Mitarbeiter*innen sowie einem Rettungswagen RTW von der Wache Kraichtal-Menzingen vor Ort. Außerdem waren zwei Helfer*innen der Notfallhilfe des DRK-Ortsvereins Flehingen mit einem Einsatzfahrzeug angerückt. Einsatzende war gegen 18.00 Uhr.
