20.03.2026 - Dichter Rauch, vermisste Person und Atemschutznotfall – fordernde Abschlussübung bei der Abteilung Oberderdingen

Oberderdingen. Zum Abschluss der Unterrichtseinheit 1 „Brandeinsatz“ führte die Abteilung Oberderdingen am Freitag, 20.03.26 eine realitätsnahe Übung durch. Übungsannahme war ein Schwelbrand in einer Halle der Wertstoffannahme des Bauhofs Oberderdingen außerhalb der Arbeitszeit, gegen 20 Uhr.

Bereits beim Eintreffen der Einsatzkräfte zeigte sich eine herausfordernde Lage: Das Gelände war verschlossen und nur eine deutliche Rauchentwicklung aus einem Hallenteil erkennbar. Über die Übungsleitstelle wurde daraufhin ein Objektverantwortlicher nachgefordert. Bis zu dessen Eintreffen verschafften sich die Einsatzkräfte mittels Leitern Zugang über den Zaun.

Ein erster Atemschutztrupp ging mit einem C-Rohr zur Erkundung und Brandbekämpfung in die verrauchte Halle vor. Nach dem Eintreffen des Objektverantwortlichen war ein regulärer Zugang zum Gelände möglich. Im weiteren Verlauf wurde bekannt, dass sich noch eine Person in der Halle befinden sollte. Diese konnte vom Angriffstrupp rasch gefunden und ins Freie gerettet werden. Der Brand konnte zügig unter Kontrolle gebracht werden.

Im Anschluss wurde ein Atemschutznotfall simuliert: Ein Truppmitglied verunfallte im Innenangriff. Der bereitstehende Sicherungstrupp reagierte umgehend und konnte den Kameraden schnell und sicher retten.

Parallel zu den Einsatzmaßnahmen wurde die Wasserversorgung aus dem Hydrantennetz aufgebaut sowie die Einsatzstelle umfassend ausgeleuchtet. Da die Wasserversorgung laut Übungsannahme nicht ausreichend war, musste zusätzlich eine Wasserförderung aus dem nahegelegenen Kraichbach eingerichtet werden.

An der Übung nahmen insgesamt 25 Feuerwehrangehörige mit allen fünf Einsatzfahrzeugen teil. Bei der anschließenden Nachbesprechung wurde ein durchweg positives Fazit gezogen.

Ein besonderer Dank gilt dem stellvertretenden Bauhofleiter Dennis Hörn für die Unterstützung sowie dem gesamten Team der Übungsvorbereitung und -durchführung mit Marco Fischer, Sven Gedrat, Peter Ippich und Kevin Weick.
