25.07.2025 - Familiengrillfest der Abteilung Oberderdingen läutet die Ferienzeit ein

Oberderdingen. Kurz vor Beginn der Sommerferien lud die Abteilung Oberderdingen am Freitag, 25. Juli 2025 traditionsgemäß wieder die Mitglieder der Alters- und Einsatzabteilung sowie deren Angehörige zum jährlichen Familiengrillfest ein. Wie in den Vorjahren war das Feuerwehrhaus Veranstaltungsort – aufgrund wechselhafter Wetterprognosen musste das Fest jedoch vom Hof hinter dem Gebäude in die Fahrzeughalle verlegt werden. Der Stimmung tat dies jedoch keinen Abbruch.

Rund 100 Teilnehmerinnen und Teilnehmer fanden sich am frühen Abend ein. In der festlich vorbereiteten Halle eröffnete Abteilungskommandant Andreas Bäuerle mit seinen beiden Stellvertretern Alexander Neupert und Felix Kirschenbühler die Veranstaltung mit einer kurzen Begrüßung. Für das leibliche Wohl sorgte in diesem Jahr das BBQ-Catering der Genusswelt Geist, das mit einer vielfältigen Auswahl an Grillspezialitäten begeisterte – darunter Roastbeef, gefüllte Schweinelende, Hähnchenbrust und Lachs. Ergänzt wurde das Angebot durch ein großes Salat- und Nachtischbuffet, das von den Gästen selbst beigesteuert wurde und großen Anklang fand.

Im Rahmen des Abends nutzte Andreas Bäuerle die Gelegenheit, Tino Germinario nachträglich zum 65. Geburtstag zu gratulieren. Als Zeichen der Anerkennung überreichte er einen Präsentkorb. Mit dem Erreichen des 65. Lebensjahres wurde Tino Germinario in die Altersmannschaft übernommen, wo er bereits herzlich begrüßt wurde.

Bei vielen anregenden Gesprächen, guter Stimmung und trockenem Wetter trotz bewölktem Himmel verging der Abend wie im Flug. Auch die jüngeren Gäste kamen nicht zu kurz und nutzten die großzügigen Flächen zum Spielen und Toben.

Ein besonderer Dank gilt dem Organisationsteam um Andreas Bäuerle, allen Spenderinnen und Spendern des Buffets, Getränkewart Holger Eichholz sowie den zahlreichen Helferinnen und Helfern beim Auf- und Abbau, beim Spülen und allen weiteren Aufgaben. Dank ihres Engagements wurde das Familiengrillfest erneut zu einem gelungenen Auftakt in die Ferienzeit.
