16.03.2024 - Bewirtung durch die Jugendfeuerwehr Flehingen bei der CAP-Markt-Eröffnung

08 Bewirtung CAP EroeffnungFlehingen. Am Samstag, den 16.03.2024 stand die Bewirtung beim 3. Eröffnungstag des CAP-Marktes im Industriegebiet für die Jugendfeuerwehr der Abteilung Flehingen auf dem Plan. Mit insgesamt 6 Betreuerinnen und Betreuern, 3 aktiven Mitgliedern der Einsatzabteilung und 8 Kindern und Jugendlichen unserer Jugendfeuerwehr waren wir gut für diese Aktion aufgestellt.

Um 9.00 Uhr trafen wir Verantwortlichen der 1. Schicht uns im Feuerwehrhaus und sammelten zusammen die benötigten Utensilien für die Bewirtung ein. Gemeinsam fuhren wir alles zum Parkplatz, wo die Stadt Oberderdingen bereits für die Eröffnungstage davor zwei Holzhütten bereitgestellt hatte.

Kurze Zeit später war der Bereich vor den Hütten durch uns mit Absperrbändern und unserem Fahrzeug vom Parkplatz abgetrennt, sodass wir daraufhin die Tische, Bänke, Pavillons und den Grill aufbauen konnten. Außerdem wurden Stromkabel verlegt und alles startklar gemacht.

Da das Wetter offensichtlich an diesem Tag Wind und Regen für uns bereithielt, galt es direkt unser Wissen über diverse Feuerwehrknoten und -stiche anzuwenden und zu überlegen, wie wir verhindern, dass die Pavillons bei einem Windstoß davonfliegen.

Nach 2 Stunden aufbauen, einrichten und einteilen, wer welche Leckereien zubereiten möchte oder wer die Kundinnen und Kunden lieber direkt an der Theke bedienen möchte, gingen die ersten roten und weißen Bratwürste mit Brötchen vom Grill raus. Des Weiteren gab es Currywurst und Pommes. In der anderen Hütte wurden Getränke, Popcorn und Zuckerwatte angeboten.

Wir hatten alle Hände voll zu tun und schon um 12.00 Uhr löste uns die 2. Schicht ab. So konnte sich jede Schicht selbst im Anschluss einen persönlichen Eindruck von den angebotenen Speisen verschaffen. Die Würste für die Bewirtung hatten wir direkt bei der Metzgerei Vogt besorgt. Diese findet man im neuen CAP-Markt.

Den ganzen Mittag über kamen wir trotz der zwischenzeitlichen Regenschauer teilweise nicht mit dem Grillen und Frittieren hinterher. Durch den Regen waren alle Tische nass und wir erhielten kurzerhand weitere Hilfe von Mitgliedern unserer Einsatzabteilung, die dafür sorgten, dass die Tische wieder getrocknet wurden und die nächsten Gäste ihr Mittagessen genießen konnten.

Am frühen Abend war die letzte Schicht, ebenfalls mit Hilfe unserer Kameraden, beschäftigt alles wieder abzubauen und sauber zu machen. Es war ein gelungener und schöner Tag und wir danken dem CAP-Markt für diese Möglichkeit.
