Bruchsal/Oberderdingen. Mit dem stellvertretenden Jugendwart der Jugendfeuerwehr Oberderdingen Kevin Weick nahm am Donnerstag, 16.05.24 ein Angehöriger der Feuerwehr Oberderdingen an einem Fortbildungsseminar "JULEICA: Aufsichtspflicht und Jugendschutz" des Kreisjugendringes e.V. Landkreis Karlsruhe (KJR) im Haus der Begegnung in Bruchsal teil.

Die dreistündige Weiterbildung wurde von Referentin Sarah D. Tornow, Geschäftsleitung des KJR, Supervisorin und Bildungsreferentin durchgeführt und muss alle drei Jahre wiederholt werden, um auf dem aktuellen Stand zu bleiben und um die Gültigkeit der bundeseinheitlichen Jugendleiter*innencard (Juleica) verlängern zu können.

Zum Inhalt des Seminars hier ein Auszug aus der Ausbildungsbeschreibung des KJR: Das Jugendschutzgesetz dürften die meisten Jugendleiter*innen kennen und die eine oder andere Baderegel bekommt man sicher auch noch zusammen. Aber was muss in der Jugendarbeit noch alles beachtet werden? Was verbirgt sich hinter dem Begriff Aufsichtspflicht? Welche Vorbereitungen und Vorsichtsmaßnahmen müssen getroffen werden? Wer haftet, wenn etwas passiert? Wann muss ein Kind zum Arzt? Wer darf mit wem in welches Zimmer? Zu diesen und vielen weiteren wichtigen Fragen beim Thema Aufsichtspflicht werden theoretische Grundlagen vermittelt. Anhand zahlreicher Fallbeispiele aus der Praxis werden verschiedene Gegebenheiten ausführlich erörtert. Gemeinsam wird eine Einschätzung getroffen, wie in der jeweiligen Situation gehandelt werden muss.
