03.05.2023 - Multiplikatorenseminar „Rettung und Brandbekämpfung in Eisenbahntunneln“ absolviert

Balsthal/Oberderdingen. Vor dem Hintergrund der beiden auf unserer Gemarkung befindlichen Bahntunnel der DB-Schnellfahrstrecke Mannheim-Stuttgart (Wilfenbergtunnel und der Freudensteintunnel als längster dieser Strecke) nahm Fabian Proissl von der Abteilung Oberderdingen von Freitag, 21.04.23 bis Samstag, 22.04.23 in Präsenz sowie am Mittwoch, 05.04.23 an einem dazugehörenden Online-Vorkurs bzw. am Mittwoch, 03.05.23 an einem Online-Nachkurs erfolgreich an einer Vollzeitweiterbildung in der Schweiz teil.

Das rund 25-stündige Multiplikatorenseminar „Rettung und Brandbekämpfung in Eisenbahntunneln“ fand bei der International Fire Academy (ifa) Balsthal statt. Die ifa kooperiert unter anderem bei dieser Ausbildung mit der Landesfeuerwehrschule Baden-Württemberg und bietet in deren Auftrag spezielle Seminare an.

Die in unterirdischen Verkehrsanlagen unter realen Einsatzbedingungen, wie Zeitdruck und Belastung durchgeführte Weiterbildung hatte für die Teilnehmenden die Ausbildungsziele, Gefahren beurteilen, bewerten und unter Berücksichtigung der eigenen Sicherheit das Vorgehen entsprechend ableiten zu können, die Techniken für das Suchen und Retten sowie der Brandbekämpfung situativ anwenden zu können, die Einsatztaktik stufengerecht anwenden zu können und die Fähigkeiten im Bereich der Ereignisbewältigung erweitern und die persönlichen Leistungsgrenzen ermitteln zu können. Außerdem wurden sie geschult, das Gelernte in der eigenen Organisation weiterzuvermitteln.

Die insgesamt 16 Teilnehmer aus ganz Baden-Württemberg absolvierten viele praktische und schweißtreibende Übungen im gasbefeuerten Übungstunnel am brennenden Personenzug mit dem Hauptaugenmerk auf Einsatztaktik/-Führung, Erkunden, Suchen und Retten sowie Brandbekämpfung.

Alle Teilnehmer, bestehend aus einer bunten Mischung von ehren- und hauptamtlichen Feuerwehrangehörigen aus Freiwilligen und Berufsfeuerwehren, haben das Seminar am internationalen Feuerwehr-Ausbildungszentrum erfolgreich abgeschlossen. Herzlichen Glückwunsch!
