18.03.2023 - Teilnahme am Workshop „Unwetterlagen effizient bewältigen“

Oberderdingen/Stuttgart. Mit dem stellvertretenden Oberderdinger Abteilungskommandanten Markus Weisert nahm am Samstag, 18.03.23 ein Angehöriger unserer Wehr an einem Tagesseminar „Unwetterlagen effizient bewältigen“ in Stuttgart teil.

Bei diesem, vom Verlag W. Kohlhammer angebotenen Workshop, stellte Referent Fabian Müller, Branddirektor und Leiter der Berufsfeuerwehr Heilbronn, ein ganzheitliches Konzept zur effizienten Bewältigung von flächigen Unwetterlagen auf Gemeindeebene vor. Neben organisatorischen und taktischen Hinweisen zur Führung und Disposition wurden auch (unwetter-)spezifische Führungs- und Einsatzmittel vorgestellt.

Inhalte und Zielsetzung der Weiterbildung waren dabei die Hintergründe zu Unwetterlagen, die Sensibilisierung von Entscheidungsträgern und die Vorstellung eines vierstufigen Unwetterkonzeptes, praktische Überlegungen zur Einsatzaufnahme, Telefonabfrage, Priorisierung, Ressourceneinteilung und Disposition im Führungshaus sowie die Planübung einer Unwetterlage mit Führungshausbetrieb.

Insgesamt nahmen 13 Personen aus Baden-Württemberg und zwei aus Bayern an diesem rund achtstündigen Seminar im DORMERO Hotel teil und konnten wertvolle Informationen zum Thema für die örtliche Arbeit mitnehmen.
