23.03.2023 - Gruppen- und Zugführerweiterbildung: Objektbegehung im KVJS-Bildungszentrums Schloss Flehingen

Am Donnerstag, 23.03.23 konnte bei der Feuerwehr Oberderdingen nach längerer Pause unter anderem wegen der Pandemie (die letzte fand im August 2021 statt) wieder eine abteilungsübergreifende Gruppen- und Zugführerweiterbildung durchgeführt werden. Bei diesem Termin stand für insgesamt 21 Führungskräfte aller drei Abteilungen die Begehung des KVJS-Bildungszentrums Schloss Flehingen in der Gochsheimer Straße im Ortsteil Flehingen auf dem Programm.

Im KVJS-Bildungszentrum sind drei Fachschulen und eine Tagungsstätte für Interessierte aus dem kommunalen Bereich, der freien Wohlfahrtspflege sowie Verbänden, Vereinen und Firmen untergebracht. Dabei stehen für bis zu 120 Personen Übernachtungsmöglichkeiten zur Verfügung.

Bei der Objektbegehung konnten die örtlichen Gegebenheiten sowie Besonderheiten im denkmalgeschützten Wasserschloss und in den weiteren, dazugehörigen Gebäuden erkundet werden. Doch zunächst wurden die Einsatzpläne und die Gebäudestrukturen kurz vorgestellt sowie erläutert, welche Bereiche von der Brandmeldeanlage überwacht werden und wo sich die Brandmeldezentrale des Objekts befindet. Außerdem wurde die Vorgehensweise zur Feststellung der aktuellen Belegung im Einsatzfall besprochen.

Bei der anschließenden Begehung in zwei Gruppen fiel vor allem auf, dass es für Außenstehende extrem schwierig ist, sich im inneren „Gebäudelabyrinth“ sowohl in vertikaler als auch horizontaler Richtung zu orientieren. Außerdem müssen unterirdische Kanäle, mit denen die Gebäude verbunden sind, beachtet werden.

Im Anschluss an die Begehung trafen sich alle im Flehinger Feuerwehrhaus zur Nachbesprechung. Hier wurden die Einsatzchecklisten für Führungskräfte vorgestellt und die Einarbeitung von Anregungen und Ideen aller Führungskräfte sowie die Vorgehensweise für weitere Übungsdienste besprochen. Die Weiterbildung klang danach bei einem kleinen Imbiss und guten Gesprächen aus.
