01.03.2023 - 23.36 - Brandeinsatz, Großbrand, DLK-Überlandhilfe - Wohnhausbrand, Lange Gasse, Bretten-Neibsheim

Flehingen/Neibsheim. Am späten Mittwochabend, 01.03.23 wurde die Drehleiter der Abteilung Flehingen von der integrierten Leitstelle Karlsruhe um 23.36 Uhr zur Überlandhilfe zusammen mit mehreren Abteilungen der Feuerwehr Bretten in den Brettener Stadtteil Neibsheim alarmiert. Aus der Straße „Lange Gasse“ wurde ein Wohnhaus- bzw. Scheunenbrand gemeldet, weshalb die Flehinger Drehleiter nach mehreren Alarmstufenerhöhungen als zweites Hubrettungsfahrzeug mitalarmiert wurde.

Das Feuer konnte mit mehreren Rohren gelöscht und ein Übergreifen auf das Wohnhaus verhindert werden. Weitere Informationen zum Einsatzverlauf gibt es in den beigefügten Berichten.

Neben den Kräften der Feuerwehr Bretten aus fast allen Stadtteilen mit insgesamt 20 Fahrzeugen waren auch drei Feuerwehrangehörige der Abteilung Flehingen mit der Drehleiter DLA (K) 23/12 im Einsatz. Weitere Kräfte standen im Flehinger Feuerwehrhaus in Bereitstellung. Außerdem waren Notarzt, Rettungsdienst, DRK-Bereitschaften, Notfallseelsorge und die Polizei mit zahlreichen Einsatzkräften vor Ort. Einsatzende war für die Flehinger Kräfte gegen 1.00 Uhr am Folgetag, die letzten Angehörigen der Feuerwehr Bretten verließen gegen 4.00 Uhr die Einsatzstelle.

Wohnhaus nach Brand unbewohnbar

Am 01.03.2023 wurde die Freiwillige Feuerwehr Bretten um 23.35 Uhr zu einem Wohnhausbrand in den Ortsteil Neibsheim alarmiert. Beim Eintreffen der ersten Einsatzkräfte waren alle 4 Bewohner bereits außerhalb anzutreffen. Teilweise waren zeitgleich 6 Trupps unter Atemschutz im Einsatz. Die angebaute Scheune mit einem ausgebauten Wohnbereich wurde vollständig ein Raub der Flammen, das Wohnhaus ist aufgrund des Rauches ebenfalls unbewohnbar. Insgesamt ca. 80 Einsatzkräfte von Feuerwehr (mehrere Abteilungen der Feuerwehr Bretten), Rettungsdienst und Polizei waren im Einsatz. Einsatzleiter der Feuerwehr war der hauptamtliche Kommandant Oliver Haas.

Eine Bewohnerin musste ins Krankenhaus stationär aufgenommen werden.

Die Höhe des Schadens sowie Entstehungsursache sind derzeit unbekannt. Der Polizeiposten Bretten hat noch während den Löscharbeiten erste Ermittlungen aufgenommen.

Scheunenbrand aus unklarer Ursache

Bretten-Neibsheim. Aus bislang noch unbekannter Ursache brach in der vergangenen Nacht an einer an einem Wohnhaus angebauten Scheune in der Lange Gasse in Neibsheim ein Brand aus. Die vier Bewohner konnten das angrenzende Einfamilienhaus rechtzeitig verlassen. Eine Bewohnerin wurde mit dem Verdacht einer Rauchgasvergiftung ins Krankenhaus eingeliefert. Die Feuerwehr bekämpfte den Scheunenbrand und konnte ein Übergreifen auf das Wohngebäude verhindern. Aufgrund der starken Rauchentwicklung war das angrenzende Wohngebäude nicht mehr bewohnbar. Die Bewohner wurden mit Hilfe der Gemeinde anderweitig untergebracht. Der Sachschaden wird derzeit auf ca. 50.000 Euro geschätzt. Bei den Einsatzmaßnahmen war ein Polizeihubschrauber eingesetzt.
