06.01.2023 - 11.44 - Technische Hilfeleistung, Kleineinsatz, Unterstützung Rettungsdienst - Patiententransport via Drehleiter / Tragehilfe, Eichendorffstraße, Kernort Oberderdingen

Zu einem technischen Hilfeleistungseinsatz wurden die Tagalarmgruppe der Abteilung Oberderdingen sowie die Drehleiter der Abteilung Flehingen an Dreikönig, am Freitag, 06.01.2023 um 11.44 Uhr von der Integrierten Leitstelle Karlsruhe in die Eichendorffstraße im Kernort Oberderdingen alarmiert.

Der Rettungsdienst forderte die Feuerwehr zur Unterstützung bei einem Patiententransport an. Eine erkrankte Person, die bereits vom Notarzt und Rettungsdienstpersonal erstversorgt wurde, sollte auf Grund der baulichen Gegebenheiten und der Erkrankung mittels Drehleiter über ein Fenster aus dem ersten Obergeschoss eines Wohnhauses transportiert werden.

Der Transport über die Drehleiter war aber aufgrund der zu kleinen Aufstell- und Abstützfläche in einem Seitenstich der Eichendorffstraße und damit verbunden einer zu geringen Ausladung der Leiter nicht möglich, weshalb der Transfer schließlich mittels Tragetuch und ausreichend Personaleinsatz durchgeführt wurde. Der Patient wurde umgehend wieder dem Rettungsdienst zur Weiterbehandlung und zum Transport in eine Klinik übergeben. 

Im Einsatz bzw. in Bereitstellung waren neun Feuerwehrangehörige der Abteilung Oberderdingen mit dem Hilfeleistungslöschgruppenfahrzeug HLF 20 sowie drei Kräfte der Abteilung Flehingen mit der Drehleiter DLA (K) 23/12. Der Rettungsdienst des DRK-Kreisverbands Karlsruhe war mit einem Notarzt, drei Mitarbeitern, einem Notarzteinsatzfahrzeug NEF aus Bretten sowie einem Rettungswagen RTW der Wache Bretten vor Ort. Einsatzende war gegen 12.40 Uhr.
