Oberderdingen. Zwei Jahre Coronapandemie haben ihre Spuren hinterlassen, auch bei der Feuerwehr! Das Level an Einsatzbereitschaft, insbesondere für alltägliche Arbeiten und Sonderprojekte, ist merklich zurückgegangen. Dies ist insbesondere für die Feuerwehr Oberderdingen von Bedeutung, da jede/r die Aufgabe im Ehrenamt ausführt und für eine hundertprozentige Funktionalität der Feuerwehr dieses volle Einbringen in die Gruppe von Hoher Bedeutung ist.

Aus diesem Grund hatte sich die Abteilungsführung der Abteilung Oberderdingen schon seit längerem Gedanken gemacht, wie man dieser Entwicklung entgegentreten kann. Ein Ergebnis war die Durchführung eines „Führungskräfte-Teamevents“ zum moderierten Gedankenaustausch, um Ursachen und Abhilfemöglichkeiten zu erörtern.

Dieses Teamevent wurde schließlich am Samstagmittag, 07.05.22 unter der Anleitung und Moderation von Personalcoach Daniel Beier im Feuerwehrhaus Oberderdingen durchgeführt. Abteilungskommandant Tobias Proissl konnte insgesamt acht Gruppen- bzw. Zugführer als Führungskräfte der Abteilung Oberderdingen begrüßen und erläuterte den Ablauf und die Tagesziele, bevor er an Daniel Beier übergab. Der Kontakt zu Daniel Beier kam durch ein privates Netzwerk zustande.

Im Rahmen des rund vierstündigen Workshops wurde anschließend mit verschiedenen Methoden begonnen, die vergangenen zweieinhalb Coronajahre aufzuarbeiten und die Ursachen für den Rückgang der Motivation und Einsatzbereitschaft zu ergründen. Aus diesen Erkenntnissen der Reflexion wurde mit dem Festlegen von Zielen für die Zukunft, die zu einer ersten Reaktivierung der Einsatzbereitschaft führen können und dem Erarbeiten von Möglichkeiten zum Erreichen dieser Ziele fortgefahren.

Mit einer Feedback- und Abschlussrunde endete schließlich die Veranstaltung, bei der auch ein gemeinsames Verständnis gefunden wurde, welche Einsatzbereitschaft von jedem Einzelnen erforderlich ist.

Im Anschluss hat man den Abend gemütlich bei einem gemeinsamen Essen im Gasthaus Adler in Großvillars ausklingen lassen. Alles in allem war es eine sehr produktive Veranstaltung, mit deren Ergebnissen wir die nächsten Wochen intensiv angehen können.
