Oberderdingen. Abteilungskommandant Tobias Proissl nahm am Dienstag, 08.02.2022 ein weiteres Angebot der Akademie für Gefahrenabwehr der Landesfeuerwehrschule Baden-Württemberg zur Weiterbildung wahr, und nahm abends von 19.00 Uhr bis 20.15 Uhr am Webinar „Hochwasser und Starkregenereignisse - Wie können wir uns besser darauf vorbereiten?“ teil.

Die Referenten des Abends, Christoph Sommer, Boris Goller, Dirk Weinmann, Christian Brauner und Andy Dorroch, der auch als Moderator durch das Programm führte, gaben dabei Hinweise, wie man eine
Hochwassergefahrenkarte (HWGK) aus Sicht des Krisenmanagements richtig liest und interpretiert, erläuterten das Starkregenrisikomanagement aus Sicht der Feuerwehr und wie die Feuerwehr im Ablauf dafür sorgen kann, dass Informationen entstehen, welche die Arbeit der Feuerwehr unterstützen.

Außerdem wurden Starkregen-Gefahrenkarten, Risikoanalysen und Handlungskonzepte vorgestellt. Als weiterer Seminarinhalt wurde die Anwendung des Flut-Informations- und Warnsystems „FLIWAS“ dargestellt. Dieses ist ein webbasiertes Hochwasserkrisenmanagementsystem, welches alle verfügbaren Hochwasserinformationen des Landes und der kommunalen Ebene auf einer Plattform bündelt. Hier wurde auch von praktischen Erfahrungswerten berichtet.

Zum Thema „Kommunales Krisenmanagement“ wurde vorgestellt, wie sich Kommunen auf die Bewältigung von Flusshochwassern oder Überflutungen infolge von Starkregenereignissen vorbereiten können. Dazu wurde auch von Workshops für Kommunen zu Hochwasser-Alarm- und Einsatzplänen, seit 2015 in Baden-Württemberg angeboten werden, berichtet, bei denen sich kommunale Mitarbeiter aus unterschiedlichen Fachbereichen zusammensetzen und gemeinsam die wichtigsten Fragen für ihre Kommune, wie z.B.

  • Wer ist wofür zuständig?
  • Was bedeutet die Wetterwarnung für meine Kommune?
  • Welche kritischen Objekte sind bei welchem Szenario gefährdet?
  • Wie ist der Brandschutz und die medizinische Notversorgung für Hochwasserlagen sichergestellt?
  • Was läuft bereits gut und wo gibt es Optimierungsbedarf beim kommunalen Krisenmanagement?
  • Wie können wir uns besser für künftige Extremereignisse wappnen?
