27.09.2022 - Gemeinderat vergibt den Auftrag für den Gerätewagen-Logistik GW-L 2

Am Dienstag, 27.09.2022 fand abends in der Eugen-Gültlinger-Halle eine Sitzung des Gemeinderates statt, bei der unter anderem auch über die Auftragsvergabe zur Beschaffung eines Gerätewagens-Logistik GW-L 2 beraten und entschieden wurde. Der Gemeinderat stimmte der Beschaffung des Fahrzeugs bei einer Enthaltung zu.

Nach dem aktuellen Feuerwehrbedarfsplan (2019 – 2024) soll als Ersatz für den Rüstwagen RW 1 der Abteilung Oberderdingen, welcher sich seit 27 Jahren im Dienst befindet, ein Gerätewagen-Logistik 2 (GW-L 2) ersatzbeschafft werden.

Nachdem Anfang Juli 2022 die Ausschreibung in drei Losen erfolgte, waren entsprechende Angebote eingegangen. Nach der fachtechnischen Prüfung der Angebote durch einen Fachberater für Kommunen im Bereich der Ausschreibungen von Feuerwehrfahrzeugen wurde dem Gemeinderat unter Würdigung der vorab definierten Wertungskriterien sowie der eingereichten, wirtschaftlichsten Angebotspreise eine entsprechende Empfehlung zur Auftragsvergabe ausgesprochen, welcher der Rat auch folgte.

Den Zuschlag erhielten für Los 1 (Fahrgestell und Aufbau) die Firma Albert Ziegler Feuerschutz, Rendsburg, für Los 2 (feuerwehrtechnische Beladung) und Los 3 (Rollcontainer) die Firma Albert Ziegler GmbH, Giengen/Brenz. Als Fahrgestell findet ein MAN TGM 13.320 4x4 BL CH Verwendung. Der Gesamtpreis beläuft sich auf rund 462.162 Euro.

Für die Beschaffung des Fahrzeugs bekommt die Gemeinde Zuschüsse vom Land Baden-Württemberg und vom Landkreis Karlsruhe in Höhe von insgesamt 99.000 Euro. Eine weitere Zuwendung von 155.000 Euro wurde beantragt.

Nach der Auftragsvergabe findet nun noch eine Detailabstimmung des Ausschreibungsbüros sowie der Feuerwehr mit den Auftragnehmern statt. Aufgrund der angegebenen Lieferzeiten kann voraussichtlich mit einer Auslieferung der Beladung und der Rollcontainer in Quartal 1/2023 und von Fahrgestell und Aufbau in Quartal 4/2024 gerechnet werden.

Der Gerätewagen-Logistik (GW-L2) ist ein Fahrzeug mit größtmöglicher Flexibilität für den Nachschub von Einsatzmitteln, um künftig flexibel auf die Anforderungen in der Gemeinde reagieren zu können. Das Fahrzeug hat ein Allradfahrgestell mit einer serienmäßigen Doppelkabine, einen anschließenden feuerwehrtechnischen Aufbau und einen festen Gerätekoffer mit größtmöglichem Ladevolumen sowie eine Ladebordwand. Aus Kosten- und taktischen Gründen wurde auf eine seitliche Tür sowie auf einen Lichtmast verzichtet.

Ein Großteil der Beladung wird auf austauschbaren Rollcontainern verladen, so dass eine möglichst hohe Varianz an Einsatzmöglichkeiten besteht. Zur Beladung gehört auch das Modul „Wasserförderung“ mit 2000 Meter B-Schlauch und einer Tragkraftspitze samt Zubehör zur Wasserentnahme aus offenen Gewässern und der Wasserförderung über längere Distanzen. Ebenso gehören zwei Rollcontainer mit dem Modul „Starkregen/Hochwasser“ sowie „Strom/Licht“ zur zukünftigen Beladung. Diese können eine eigenständige Einheit bei Unwetterereignissen bilden. Des Weiteren beinhaltet das Modul „technische Hilfeleistung“ einen Rollcontainer technische Hilfe „Rüstholz“ und einen für den „Straßenbahn-Hebesatz“. Vom Modul „Einsatzstellenhygiene“ sollen zwei Rollcontainer beschafft werden.
