24.06.2022 - Überörtliche Ausbildung an der Landesfeuerwehrschule: Einsatzleiter der Führungsstufe C (Verbandsführer) absolviert

Vom 22.06.22 bis 24.06.22 nahm der stellvertretende Kommandant Marc Leimkötter von der Abteilung Oberderdingen an der Landesfeuerwehrschule Baden-Württemberg in Bruchsal am Vollzeitlehrgang „Einsatzleiter der Führungsstufe C (Verbandsführer)“ in Präsenz teil, und schloss diesen erfolgreich ab.

Ziel des fünftägigen Lehrganges ist die Befähigung zum Führen von Einheiten über den erweiterten Zug (Führungsstufe C: Führen mit einer Führungsgruppe) sowie die Zusammenarbeit mit Einheiten verschiedener Aufgabenbereiche auf der Grundlage der Feuerwehr-Dienstvorschrift 100 (FwDV 100).

Zur Zielgruppe des Lehrgangs gehören unter anderem Feuerwehrkommandanten und deren Stellvertreter sowie erfahrene Feuerwehrführungskräfte, die in ihrer Gemeinde als Einsatzleiter vom Dienst eingesetzt werden oder eine örtliche bzw. überörtliche Führungsgruppe leiten sollen.

Lehrgangsinhalte sind die Rechtsgrundlagen, das Führungssystem mit Führungsstufen, das Ordnen des Raumes, die Führungsorganisation, Führungsebenen, der Führungsvorgang bzw. das Arbeiten in und mit der Führungsgruppe, die Führungsmittel, Flächenlagen, verschiedene Plan- und Einsatzübungen und der Leistungsnachweis.
