09.04.2022 - Zwischenbericht Projektgruppe „Beschaffung Mittlere Löschfahrzeuge (MLF)“ zum aktuellen Sachstand

Das Ziel der Projektgruppe ist es, zwei baugleiche Mittlere Löschfahrzeuge (MLF) für die Abteilungen Großvillars und Flehingen als Ersatz für ein Löschgruppenfahrzeug LF 8 (Baujahr 1985, Großvillars) und ein Tragkraftspritzenfahrzeug TSF (Baujahr 1984, Flehingen) zu beschaffen.

Für die Abteilung Großvillars wird das neue MLF das erstausrückende Fahrzeug für die Brandbekämpfung und kleine technische Hilfeleistungen, wie beispielsweise Sturm oder Hochwasser. In der Abteilung Flehingen bildet das Fahrzeug eine Einheit mit der Drehleiter im Ortsgebiet sowie auch für die Überlandhilfe. Diesem Ziel sind wir ein ganzes Stück näher gerückt.

Die Beladung der beiden MLF umfasst in erster Linie die Ausrüstung einer Löschgruppe für die Brandbekämpfung mit einer im Heck fest eingebauten Feuerlöschpumpe FPN 10-2000 mit einer Förderleistung von 2000 Liter/Minute. Der Löschwassertank fasst 1000 Liter. Ebenso verlastet sind jeweils eine Schleifkorbtrage und ein Rettungsbrett sowie ein Lichtmast. Besonderheiten sind das Wechselmodul „Vegetationsbrandbekämpfung“, bestehend aus D-Schlauchmaterial und Löschrucksäcken, welches im Wechsel mit der Tauchpumpe verlastet wird. Außerdem gehört eine Motorkettensäge samt Zubehör zur Beladung.

Die Projektgruppe hat seit Beginn ihrer Arbeit im Oktober 2019 mit bereits über 300 geleisteten Stunden an mehreren Terminen Fahrzeuge bei Nachbarwehren besichtigt und bei anschließenden Zusammenkünften die Vor- und Nachteile diskutiert. Daraus erfolgte dann die Zusammenstellung der Beladung und das dazugehörige Fahrgestell, so wie es nun in 2021 als Auftrag vergeben wurde.

Die Ausschreibung bzw. die Auftragsvergabe der beiden baugleichen MLF ist im April 2021 vom Gemeinderat bestätigt worden. Die Firma Ziegler hat den Zuschlag für das Los 1 zur Lieferung der beiden Fahrgestelle aus dem Hause MAN (TGL 8.220 4x2 mit neun Tonnen zulässiger Gesamtmasse, 220 PS Motorleistung, automatisiertem Schaltgetriebe, 3,3 Metern Radstand und werksseitig, serienmäßiger Doppelkabine) sowie für die Fertigung und Montage des Aufbaus erhalten. Die Beladung (Los 2) liefert die Firma Barth.

Ende März 2022 hat eine erste Rohbaubesprechung mit der Firma Ziegler online stattgefunden. Beide Fahrgestelle wurden von MAN geliefert und sind inzwischen auch bei der Firma Ziegler eingetroffen. Die Beladung wird nach Ostern (April 2022) bei unserer Feuerwehr eintreffen und nach anschließender Kontrolle und Ergänzung von Beistellungen unsererseits danach zur Firma Ziegler weitergeliefert.

Falls alles nach Plan läuft, können wir im August dieses Jahres mit der Auslieferung rechnen und die beiden Neufahrzeuge in Oberderdingen in Empfang nehmen.

Der abteilungsübergreifenden Projektgruppe unter der Leitung von Jochen Gilly gehören des Weiteren Klaus Bögel, Marco Dinkel, Sebastian Heim, Martin Heugel, Thomas Meffle, Tobias Proissl, Thorsten Reiner, Robin Vincon und Patrick Wörner an.
