03.11.2021 - Landkreis Karlsruhe legt seinen Flyer für die Bürger neu auf: Neue Warn-App "nora" verschickt den Notruf digital

Landkreis Karlsruhe. Im Ernstfall muss es schnell gehen. Daher warnen gleich vier Apps Bürger vor Katastrophen oder ermöglichen einen Online-Notruf. Gemeinsam nutzen sowohl der Bund als auch der Landkreis Karlsruhe damit die digitalen Möglichkeiten, um der Bevölkerung wertvolle Informationen transparent zu machen und Sicherheit zu schaffen. Hochwasser, Großbrand oder andere Notsituationen: In einem neu aufgelegten Flyer weist das Landratsamt Karlsruhe auf die wichtigsten Informationssysteme hin. Mit „nora“ wird das Angebot nun erweitert und Mehrwert sowie Teilhabe für Menschen mit eingeschränkten Sprach- und Hörfähigkeiten geschaffen. Die Warn-Apps sind staatlich getragen und kostenlos für Smartphones verfügbar.

Als weiterer Baustein der Warnsysteme bringt die Notruf-App „nora“ mehr Selbstbestimmung für die Betroffenen. Sie ist aus einer Kooperation der Bundesländer entstanden. Bürger können geräuschlos und ohne selbst sprechen zu müssen über die App einen Notruf an Polizei, Feuerwehr oder Rettungsdienst absetzen. Die wichtigsten Informationen, wie etwa persönliche Daten, der Aufenthaltsort sowie eine Beschreibung der Notlage werden dabei automatisch übermittelt. In bedrohlichen Situationen, in denen der Notruf unbemerkt bleiben soll, ist dieser auch still möglich. Erhältlich ist „nora“ über die Internetseite www.nora-notruf.de/de-as.

Nachrichten des Bevölkerungsschutzes werden vom Bund über die App „Nina“ verbreitet. Darin finden sich etwa Hinweise auf einen Großbrand, auf die Ausbreitung von Gefahrstoff oder Wetter- sowie Hochwasserwarnungen des Deutschen Wetterdienstes. Bürger erhalten Empfehlungen, wie sie sich in der jeweiligen Situation vorbereiten und verhalten sollten.

Um Wetterlagen drehen sich auch die beiden Apps „Mein Pegel“ und „WarnWetter“. Beide schaffen Zugang zur aktuellen Situationen – überregional und lokal. Welcher Pegelstand ist erreicht? Ist ein Gewitter zu erwarten?

Neben den Warnsystemen sieht sich auch der Landkreis Karlsruhe in der Verantwortung. Über die sozialen Medien sowie die eigene Homepage werden im Ernstfall alle notwendigen Informationen zum Schutz transparent gemacht und an die Öffentlichkeit verbreitet.
