30.09.2021 - „Für alle Fälle vorbereitet“: Startschuss zur neuen Informationskampagne des BBK für mehr eigene Vorsorge in Katastrophen

Am 1. Oktober startet das Bundesamt für Bevölkerungsschutz und Katastrophenhilfe die bundesweite Informationskampagne „Für alle Fälle vorbereitet“ zu Selbstschutz und Selbsthilfe im Katastrophenfall. Ziel der Kampagne ist es, dass jede und jeder einzelne für diese Themen sensibilisiert ist, sich möglicher Gefahren und Risiken bewusst ist und über konkrete Vorsorge- und Verhaltensempfehlungen informiert wird.

Eine wichtige Aufgabe für uns ist es, die Bevölkerung dabei zu unterstützen, sich in Krisen selbst zu schützen. Die Pandemie hat uns allen verdeutlicht, dass wir mehr tun können, damit die Bevölkerung besser für Krisen gewappnet ist. Ein wesentlicher Schritt hierbei ist unsere Kampagne zur Förderung der Selbstschutz- und Selbsthilfefähigkeiten. Wir wollen mehr Menschen als bisher für das Thema sensibilisieren. Eigene Vorsorge zu betreiben, sollte zu unserem Selbstverständnis zählen. Wie die jüngsten Ereignisse zeigen, ist das nicht nur für Menschen in Erdbebengebieten oder an Küsten und in Bergregionen wichtig. Schließlich ist eine persönliche Vorbereitung in einer Krisensituation die erste, aber möglicherweise auch entscheidende Hilfe, erklärt BBK-Präsident Armin Schuster.

Surreale Katastrophenszenen und E-Learning

Erstmals wird das BBK mit vier Werbespots im Fernsehen in Erscheinung treten, die zudem auch bei YouTube und Streaming-Anbietern ausgestrahlt werden. Mit ihnen verfolgt das BBK zum Auftakt der Kampagne eine unkonventionelle Herangehensweise:

Die Protagonistinnen und Protagonisten der Spots sehen sich unerwartet mit surrealen Katastrophenszenarien konfrontiert, die sie jedoch gekonnt meistern – der Vorsorge sei Dank. Die Botschaft der Spots ist, jederzeit können unvorhergesehene Katastrophen und Krisen eintreten und die eigene Vorsorge sowie das Wissen um das richtige Handeln in Notsituationen sind dann von unschätzbarem Wert.

Die vier Spots sowie Plakate sind die erste Phase der Kampagne und sollen zunächst für das Thema Notfallvorsorge generell Aufmerksamkeit wecken. Als interaktives Angebot wird mit Kampagnenstart auch das neue E-Learning „#vorbereitet – Das 360°-Notfalltraining“ auf der Website des BBK veröffentlicht:

In einem digitalen Apartment lösen die Nutzerinnen und Nutzer Aufgaben rund um die Themen Notfallvorsorge und richtiges Handeln in Notsituationen und testen und erweitern dadurch ihr Wissen.

In der zweiten Phase werden ab Januar 2022 die Einzelthemen Bevorratung, Extremwetter, Stromausfall und Notgepäck inklusive Dokumentensicherung vertieft behandelt. Interviews mit Expertinnen und Experten als Podcast, eine YouTube-Serie und weitere Informationsangebote bieten die Möglichkeit, ausführlich auf die Einzelthemen einzugehen.

Ziel der dritten Phase ist, die vermittelten Kenntnisse und Empfehlungen zu wiederholen.

Niemand muss auf das Ende der Kampagne warten, um vorzusorgen: Alle Tipps, Hinweise und Empfehlungen für die eigene Vorsorge sind schon jetzt auf der Website des BBK unter www.bbk.bund.de oder über kostenlose Broschüren verfügbar.
